1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering for or using the u777 platform in any capacity — whether browsing games, placing bets, making deposits or participating in promotions — you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in full.

3 Account Security

Your u777 account is personal to you. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials — your username, password and any two-factor authentication details — and for all activity that takes place under your account.

• Do not share your account credentials with any other person.
• Do not allow anyone else to access your account or place bets on your behalf.
• Use a strong, unique password that you do not use on other platforms.
• Log out of your account when using a shared or public device.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact u777 support immediately. We will take reasonable steps to investigate and secure your account, but we cannot accept liability for losses arising from unauthorised access caused by your failure to keep your credentials secure.

u777 will never ask for your password via email, live chat or any other communication channel. If you receive a request of this kind, do not respond to it.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

All transactions on u777 are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The platform supports the following payment methods:

• Raast — instant bank transfer
• Bank Transfer — direct bank account transfer

These amounts are in PKR and may vary by payment method. u777 does not charge transaction fees on deposits or withdrawals, but your payment provider may apply their own charges — please check with your provider.

Withdrawal requests are processed in the order they are received. Processing times vary by payment method, but JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals typically complete within a short period after approval. Bank transfers may take additional time depending on your bank.

Withdrawals are only processed back to a payment method that you have previously used to deposit, or to a verified account in your name. u777 reserves the right to carry out identity and payment verification checks before processing any withdrawal. Funds cannot be withdrawn until any applicable bonus wagering requirements have been met.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

u777 offers various promotional incentives including welcome bonuses, deposit match offers, free spins and cashback deals. The following general rules apply to all bonuses unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. Each promotion will specify eligibility criteria including minimum deposit, eligible payment methods and qualifying games.
• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements — the amount you must wager before the bonus or any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement is clearly stated on each promotion.
• Bonus funds and any winnings generated from bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the full wagering requirement has been completed.
• Bonuses expire after a set period. Any bonus funds or wagering progress that has not met the requirement by the expiry date will be removed from the account.
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%, while table games and live casino may contribute at a lower rate. Eligible games and contribution rates are listed in the bonus terms.
• u777 reserves the right to withdraw, amend or cancel any promotion at any time. Where a promotion is cancelled, bonus funds will be removed from affected accounts.

Any attempt to abuse the bonus system — including but not limited to opening multiple accounts to claim the same offer, or placing bets designed to guarantee a profit regardless of outcome — constitutes bonus abuse. u777 may void bonuses and close accounts where abuse is identified.

6 Sports Betting Rules

The following rules apply to all sports betting activity on u777, including cricket, PSL, T20 internationals, football, Esports and all other markets available on the platform:

• All bets are final once confirmed. Once you have reviewed and submitted a bet slip, it cannot be cancelled or amended.
• Odds are subject to change at any time before a bet is confirmed. The odds displayed at the time of confirmation are the odds that apply to your bet.
• In-play bets are accepted subject to availability. u777 reserves the right to suspend in-play markets at any time, including during live events.
• If an event is postponed, abandoned or cancelled, bets will be settled according to our settlement rules for that specific sport and market type. For cricket, if a match is interrupted by weather and no official result is declared, bets are typically voided unless a reserve day result is produced.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply per market and per event. These are displayed on the bet slip before confirmation.
• u777 reserves the right to limit bet amounts or refuse bets from any account at our discretion, particularly where patterns of unusual betting activity are identified.
• Winnings from sports bets are credited to your u777 balance in PKR once the relevant event has been settled.

7 Casino & Slots

All casino games — including slots, live dealer tables, table games and game shows — available on u777 are operated by third-party game providers. Each game uses a certified Random Number Generator (RNG) to determine outcomes. Game RTPs (Return to Player percentages) are available within the game information panel before you start playing.

• Results of all casino games are determined by the game provider's RNG and are independent of any previous results.
• Live casino games involve real dealers streamed in real time. The results of live dealer games are final once the round is closed.
• In the event of a technical disconnection during a game session, the outcome of any incomplete game round will be determined and settled once the platform confirms the final state of the round.
• If a game malfunctions — including display errors or incorrect odds being shown — u777 reserves the right to void the affected game round and return the stake to the player's balance.
• Autoplay functions on slot games are provided for convenience. You remain responsible for all bets placed during an autoplay session. Setting a loss limit or win limit before using autoplay is strongly recommended.

8 Fair Play Policy

• Exploiting software errors, display glitches or incorrect odds deliberately and repeatedly to gain an unfair advantage.

Where u777 has reasonable grounds to believe that any of the above has occurred, we reserve the right to suspend the relevant account immediately, void any bets or winnings associated with the prohibited activity, and retain funds pending investigation. Our decisions in fair play matters are final.

9 Responsible Gaming

11 Account Suspension & Closure

• The account has been used for fraudulent, deceptive or unlawful activity.
• The account belongs to a person under the age of 18.
• Verification documents requested have not been provided within the required timeframe.
• The account activity poses a risk to the integrity of the platform or other players.

Where an account is closed due to a Terms breach, any balance may be withheld pending investigation. If no breach is found following investigation, balances will be returned via the player's registered payment method.

Players may also request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting our support team. Any remaining balance at the time of voluntary closure will be processed for withdrawal to your verified payment method, subject to standard verification checks.

12 Limitation of Liability
